2. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped. The email will contain tracking information for your order.
3. Damages
Blnkhome is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
4. Wrong Address & Unclaimed Shipments
It is the responsibility of the customer to enter the correct shipping address. [Your Store Name] cannot be held responsible for orders that are not delivered due to an incorrect address.
Unclaimed shipments are returned to us and may be subject to additional shipping fees.
5. Changes to Your Order
If you need to change your shipping address or make any other updates, please contact us immediately at blnkmats@gmail.com. Once an order has been processed, we cannot make changes.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain international destinations. Please check with us before placing an order if you're unsure about your shipping address.
